			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Software specialists SRH Systems, which has based its UK headquarters at Whittington Hall Park in Worcester since 2007, has announced it has extended the lease on its offices for a further five years.</p>
<p>The move is a clear demonstration of the company’s appreciation of all that the highly popular business park has to offer.</p>
<p>SRH Systems is part of the worldwide HORIBA Group, and is principally engaged in the design and implementation of software for the automation and control of test rigs in the automotive development sector.</p>
<p>Financial controller Louise Dunn-Massey said: “We are very happy to extend our lease here at Whittington Hall Park. It is in a very convenient location and provides a wonderful, peaceful working environment.</p>
<p>“Our offices used to be in Worcester city centre and clients visiting the office often got lost. Whittington Hall is easy to get to and access to the M5 is a big plus for visiting clients and employees travelling to other offices across the UK.”</p>
<p>Sought-after high quality office space is available at the business park which is home to numerous success stories as the many companies based there buck the downturn.</p>
<p>Whittington Hall Park, which is managed by real estate asset management specialists Blue Marble Properties, has a 2,434 sq ft office suite available to lease at Brook Court, with a further 7,183 sq ft (capable of sub-division from 2,871 sq ft) at Teme House.</p>

<p>Bamboo Marketing will celebrate its launch with new premises at Whittington Hall - a high specification office development located just off junction seven of the M5 near Worcester.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span>A successful credit management company has selected a prestigious out-of-town office development in Worcester as its new headquarters.</span></p>
<p>The Pemberstone Group has announced that Inksmoor Credit Management Ltd has completed a new 10-year lease for 3,900 sq ft of prime office space at Suite 1, Brook Court, Whittington Hall.</p>
<p>Pemberstone’s Whittington Hall development has now secured lettings amounting to more than 22,500 sq ft in the past nine months – a third of all office lettings in the Worcester district including the city centre and business parks, according to Chamber of Commerce statistics.</p>
<p>Whittington Hall, where Pemberstone has its own headquarters, offers Grade A high specification out-of-town office accommodation with views of the Malvern Hills. It is located near junction 7 of the M5, within two miles of Worcester city centre. It provides a unique opportunity for businesses seeking contemporary offices in a traditional estate setting with direct access to the landlord’s management team.</p>
<p>Brook Court is a three-storey campus-style office building which has a well-appointed reception area, a combined comfort cooling/heating system, fully raised access floors, suspended ceilings with recessed lighting to the latest regulations, and is DDA compliant.</p>
<p>David Clark, head of commercial management at Pemberstone Commercial, said: “We are genuinely excited about Inksmoor joining us. They are still a relatively young company and this is an important phase in their growth. We hope to share in their success and we will strive to deliver as a landlord. The way that we at Pemberstone do business is very much about building long-term relationships, and that is what we hope to achieve with Inksmoor.”</p>
<p>The letting builds on Pemberstone’s recent success in securing leases of 14,000 sq ft in Teme House to The Resource Group, and Suite 2 in Brook Court for 4,700 sq ft in the summer to another company.</p>
<p>Mr Clark added: “The lease to Inksmoor will bring completed lettings to over 22,500 sq ft in the past nine months alone at a time when times are tough and we are all experiencing recessionary conditions. We are still attracting ambitious companies to Whittington Hall which has to be good news for the region.</p>
<p>“We feel that our success at Whittington Hall is due in part to offering very competitive terms as we adapt to market conditions, but companies are also attracted to the site because they appreciate that it is the premier out-of-town offering in Worcestershire.”</p>
<p>With a strong structure for growth, Inksmoor is relocating to Whittington Hall from its current offices at Bromyard in Herefordshire.</p>
